This UV pack covers most of the interior and exterior that i found hard to find elsewhere.
in addition the 2 exterior UV's that where available where missing many parts, these have been added here
Added a Livery template that was more just for testing, be sure to edit the folders and files to match your project
All the interior is covered in UV's and i also made a few outline sketches for the seats and floor,
The sketches I use to re color and seperate parts for many uses, such as applying different textures to specific parts of the same file.
The sketch lines are outside the vectored area's, so can be merged directly into the texture and should not show in the game.
While they are not made specifically for beginers it may help you find/figure out what the parts look like, and maybe where they are located.
If you know how to use layers it will also make a re paint Much easier, allowing 'bucket drop' coloring for most major parts.
By request i made a short video showing how i use the UV's and Sketches to color specific parts

I use paint.net mostly (its also what I used to create the sketches), although gimp, photoshop and others should supprt multiple layers.

A great utility to write/re-write the layout.json after changes

Hello ExRyder,
Can you explain what UV maps are and what they are used for?
Thanks!

I agree with you, maybe EZrider will elaborate on this. Plus hopefully, point to a few YouTube videos or make videos, to illustrate detailed "how too" paint an aircraft. I've dabbled in the painting myself on the X-Plane platform, but with the Microsoft flight simulator platform, it eludes me in the concepts how to paint the aircraft MSFS. Cheers Dion
