YES, the next conversation before lvfr A340 will come hopefully soon. And YES, its not a airbus cockpit inside, its a boeing 747 from the original ASOBO.Thanks very much for that.
Why? Im not a creator of 3D and Im only a hobby programmer for other apps here, but I love this aircraft, and I tried so many things to get the other 2 engines to run with a lot of tweaks with modelconverterx, Blender, 3DMax etc but i spent to much time for this :-)
The "easiest way" was to convert it with this panel and interior but I changed some values within the flightmodel.txt to get more realistic values from the original airbus, I used some reader you can find on airbus websites.
pros: you can start the aircraft anywhere from gate ...
- all engines are running
- you have exterior view when you move out from the cockpit and you can see the wings etc.
- you can import simbrief flightplan
- all systems almost should work if you own asobos 747 8i
- showcase cameras works almost perfect to see wings, engines etc
cons:
Its not an airbus inside
sometimes on ground you see the shadow of the "virtual cockpit" but if you wish its easy to change this if you dont want it within the model folder.
textures sometimes strange,
exterior lights not working so far. perhaps i find a way within msfs developer.
on climb there could be for short time sound engine issues but it will gone.
Happy flight.
The main work was done in 2009 by Thomas Ruth and Luis Quintero for the fsx. You can download this freeware fsx on the rikoooo website.

May I ask, it seems the v/s mode in this mod works differently to the original 747-8, the indicated climb rate shown on the flight director does not always match the selected vertical speed like it does in 747-8 (it's not that the climb rate was being set too high, it was something reasonable like 1500 ft/min and the engines were not running in full power when I observed the discrepancies ), and, during descend, the aircraft sometimes doesn't stop descending at the preselected altitude, but would keep descending at very high rates (>1500 ft/min at 5000 ft to give you an idea). The only way out really is to disconnect A/P and hand fly the rest of the approach. Any suggestions on this? Many thanks

Only thing is, my engines make strange noises from when i started with TOGA and the Whole Climb so far. Its stops after the engine turn down a bit so when they are not at 100%, its fine.

Only bugs I have is the rear landing gears are partly underground and the lights are floating around the aircraft
